FW vs Exist

I'm sorry guys but i don't know how to place here screen shot. :/ If someone can help me with it pls tell me. :/

Open Computer.
go to config_directory
go to screenshots
copy the screenshot to another map in your computer (Pictures)

Go to the site, Make a topic: Then u will see up some pics like making Tekst bold.
Count from left:
number 13.

Then click on that. u will see u can host ur pic there. Open the screenshot there.
Then wait a mom. after that, copy the lowest link.

Count from left:
number 14 (right from last one)

There copy that link in and u will see it will make a screenshot line automatically.
U will have a tekst first. But if u post the image. U will see the real image.
